UPDATE 5-U.S. House approves government spending bill despite conservative revolt

WASHINGTON, March 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday approved a $1.3 trillion spending bill to avert a government shutdown and fund federal agencies through Sept. 30, despite a revolt by fiscal conservatives worried about what they called runaway spending.
