Saudi Energy Minister says Saudi Aramco could go public this year, but waiting for optimal time

Saudi Arabian Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih told CNBC Saudi Aramco is ready to go public and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is ready for the offering from a regulatory standpoint, but the government will pick an optimum time.
