BRASILIA, March 21 (Reuters) - Brazil's government "has not given up, but lacks focus" in its bid to privatize state-controlled power holding company Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA, the lawmaker tasked with getting the privatization bill through Congress said on Wednesday.
