Justice Department to ban bump stocks

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Justice Department is proposing rule changes that will effectively ban bump stocks, devices that allow semi-automatic weapons to fire like a machinegun, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions said on Friday.
