Brookfield to buy remainder of GGP, owner of 5 Baltimore-area malls

Chicago-based GGP Inc., which owns five Baltimore-area malls, has agreed to be acquired by Brookfield Property Partners LP., the real estate unit of Toronto-based Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
