McBee Presents on Drug Diversion and Misuse Prevention at HFMA Hudson Valley NY Annual Institute

McBee healthcare consulting and executive leadership will present an informative session focusing on creating a formal drug diversion program to instill misuse prevention during the HFMA Hudson Valley NY 2018 Annual Institute. The conference will take place in Tarrytown, NY on April 5.

Jeff Clayton, Vice President – Principal, and Mykel Banks, Manager, will present the session “Compliance: Drug Diversion and Misuse Prevention” primarily focusing on the many steps and key components of creating a formal comprehensive drug diversion program. In addition, Clayton and Banks will outline the necessary collaboration efforts of each department to develop and implement a successful program. Attendees will receive the tools to begin their process of developing policies and procedures, implementing performance metrics and providing the outline for the overall direction of a program.

Jeff Clayton has over 30 years of consulting experience in revenue cycle management.
