Report: Alphabet in advanced talks to buy Nokia’s inflight WiFi business

The Nokia business unit that Alphabet’s reportedly interested in is currently building out a network of some 300 base stations across Europe that would beam an Internet connection to airplanes passing overhead, in what’s known as air-to-ground connectivity.
