Bon-Ton bankruptcy court ruling makes liquidation more likely

Bankrupt department store chain operator The Bon-Ton Stores Inc.'s quest for survival was dealt a major blow Wednesday when a bankruptcy judge denied a request by Bon-Ton to pay a work fee to the investor group interested in buying the company in a going-concern transaction.
