Two game-inventors from Washington have come up with a new tabletop card game on soul-stirring and cool quotes to instill some good fun in our daily boring life.
What’s in a life if there’s no time to pause and laugh? Well, in today’s busy world, where almost all of us are running the rat race, it’s easier said than done. However, two young men from Washington, Matt & John, decided to make our mundane life wee cooler with their new patent-pending “Quotable” game.
The game-inventor buddies have recently introduced their exclusive game of fun quotes on Kickstarter with the goal to pep up our lives with the much-needed dose of humor. Quotable is a new-age card game packed with hilarious and meticulously curated quotes from the best people of the world- and also the worst ones such as the actors, politicians and other people who are famous for just being famous!
The Kickstarter campaign is geared to raise around $10,000 by May 16, 2018.
“The daily struggles hardly spare us the time to sit back & have a good laugh. Quotable is bustling with an awesome collection of 200 best authentic quotes which can trigger the greatest stir. The rules of the game are pretty simple and somewhat similar to Fibbage or Balderdash. The game starts with the reader reading out a quote from the Quotable pack. He won’t disclose the author. Other players in the game will now have to note down the original author of the quote- or else they can even note down a fake author to trick their friends. There will be points for everyone a player can fool.
“The coolest part of the game is that you will 100% know the author, there is just 1% chance you will know who said the quote. Added to the fun part, players will also learn some surprising facts. Did you know the great warrior Genghis Kahn had a poetic side? Well, Quotable is also about many such interesting revelations. We are looking for mass production of the game now and hence this Kickstarter campaign.
