SHANGHAI/HONG KONG (Reuters) - China Huarong Asset Management Co confirmed its chairman Lai Xiaomin, who is under investigation for alleged corruption, had stepped down, sparking an 11 percent tumble in shares of the nation's biggest bad debt manager on Friday.
