Vistra Energy to cut 300 positions at Dynegy’s Houston headquarters

When the $1.74 billion all-stock deal was announced last fall, executives reportedly said the combined company would vacate Dynegy’s headquarters at 601 Travis St., where 370 employees worked at the time.
