The cousin of LoLo’s Chicken and Waffle’s founder is opening his own soul food restaurant in downtown Phoenix

Chef Christian Buze – who goes by “Chef Buzz” – will open his contemporary soul food concept, the Root and Soul, this week at the DeSoto Central Market in Downtown Phoenix.
