On a grander scale, you are entitled to see how much we pay the president of the United States, the governor of Ohio, the mayor of Columbus, etc. The same goes for their emails, phone records and travel and meal receipts. Government offices and public universities, city schools., etc. – almost anything and everything funded with public money – are supposed to be transparent. You have a right to know how your tax dollars are being spent.
