Environmental cleanup contractor says Hunters Point work was done by the book

The Navy says nearly 50 percent of the data Tetra Teck collected at the site was suspect. An EPA official says 97 percent of the company's data on two parcels of the site were either falsified or work hadn't been performed properly.
