The USSA Invites Everyone to Join the Great Golf Rebellion at Upcoming 4th Annual Golf Classic at Jacaranda Golf Club

The U.S. Superyacht Association (USSA), the country’s only non-profit trade association dedicated to promoting and protecting the valuable jobs supported by the superyacht industry, is teeing up for its 4th Annual USSA Golf Classic on Friday, May 4, 2018, at Jacaranda Golf Club in Plantation, Florida. This event will bring together leaders in the superyacht industry for a day on the links for fun networking and some serious business. 

In honor of the date, this year’s tournament celebrates a Star Wars theme of “May the Fourth Be With You” and promises a fun-filled day as 144 yacht captains and superyacht industry professionals tee off scramble-style to test their skills with longest drive, closest to the pin and other Star Wars-themed greens challenges.

“Whether you’re a Star Wars superfan or just looking for a great day of golf, we have something for everyone,” says Committee Chair James Maitland of OceanMax/Propspeed. “This year’s tournament is going to be the best yet!” The event is open to USSA members and non-members alike, and everyone is invited to participate.
