John Kerry joins TPG Rise Fund, eyes ‘new playbook’ on impact investing

Kerry wrote in a Medium post Thursday that the TPG fund could “write a new playbook” for impact investing and convince bigger institutional investors to put capital to work in social and environmental causes “without compromising returns.”
