UMKC introduces a plot twist in its conservatory saga

The University of Missouri-Kansas City, foiled in its initial attempt to build a new conservatory in Downtown, now plans to merge its Conservatory of Music and Dance with the Department of Theatre and explore other options for a new building, including one on campus.
