Rapchat raises $1.6M for app to produce, share, discover hip-hop tracks

Columbus-based Rapchat Inc. has raised $1.6 million from Rev1 Ventures and funds in Chicago and California toward its app for producing, sharing and discovering hip-hop tracks.
