Musk friend Jurvetson's long Tesla board hiatus bothers some shareholder advisors

Glass Lewis and CtW Investment Group are pressing for Tesla to either remove or permanently reinstate Jurvetson. He has been on leave after he was ousted from his venture capital firm amid an investigation into sexual misconduct.
