Buffett's Berkshire increases Monsanto stake as Bayer acquisition nears completion

Berkshire Hathaway, led by billionaire Warren Buffett, increased its stake in St. Louis-based Monsanto during the first quarter of 2018 as Bayer closes in on finalizing its $62.5 billion deal to acquire the seed company.
