Tesla should find a new chairman, top investment advisory firm says

Palo Alto-based electric automaker Tesla should bring in a new chairman of the board to allow CEO Elon Musk to focus on ramping up car production and steering the company to profitability, influential investment advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services says.
