Consumer Reports finds 'big flaws' with Tesla's Model 3

Tesla CEO Elon Musk this week admitted that the company’s latest car, the Model 3, has braking problems — but promised they could be fixed in a software update coming soon. This, after testers at Consumer Reports found “big flaws” with the car, which failed to earn the magazine’s coveted recommendation.
