The medical part of it was something I really enjoyed and hung onto, and from there, my work naturally evolved into not just handling medical malpractice cases, but handling cases against the biggest, baddest drug and medical device companies in the country."

Osborne is the principal owner of Osborne & Associates, where his practice encompasses the areas of medical malpractice, medical products, device liability, and general personal injury cases. Throughout his career, he has won numerous million and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, including a verdict of $26.7 million on behalf of four women who were injured by Boston Scientific’s Pinnacle Pelvic Floor Repair Kit.

As a thought leader in his field, Osborne is highly active in the legal community. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and has been granted membership to the exclusive Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. With such prominence in an ever-evolving field, Osborne understands the importance of staying up to date on trends and changes in his areas of specialty. In particular, he notes the widespread impact of the opioid crisis across the United States:

"The current opioid crisis has affected families across the country, and has spawned litigation in an attempt to hold manufacturers responsible for damages and financial problems suffered by towns, municipalities, and other government entities who are having to pick up the tab and clean up the mess from the carnage that these overdoses and addictions cause.
