Schwab Announces Redemption of Outstanding 2.20% Senior Notes Due 2018

The Charles Schwab Corporation announced today that it will redeem all of its outstanding 2.20% Senior Notes due July 25, 2018 (the “Notes”) on June 25, 2018 (the “Redemption Date”). The redemption price will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date. The aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding is $275 million.
