Gardner reaches 'resolution' with Greitens, special prosecutor continues work

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said Tuesday that she has reached a "resolution" over pending criminal charges against Gov. Eric Greitens, who said he would resign from office on Friday.
