Task force aims to make Wright-Patt more competitive with new state agency

House Bill 696, introduced by State Rep. Rick Perales (R-Beavercreek), outlines two proposals from an Ohio task force that aim to make military installations such as Wright-Patterson Air Force Base more competitive in attracting federal work by establishing a state-level agency and funding pipeline for additional investments.
