China to probe foreign chip makers including Micron, Samsung

Chinese regulators are investigating memory-chip makers Micron Technology Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. and SK Hynix Inc., all three of which said State Administration for Market Regulation officials have visited their China offices recently.
