Florida Builder Sells 78 Homes in May

Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, sold 78 homes in May, continuing a steady sales pace throughout the first five months of 2018.

Milano, a Tuscan-themed community in Venice, and Boca Royale Golf and Country Club, a semi-private club in a 1,000-acre gated, master-planned community in Englewood, were two of the most exceptional neighborhoods for the month of May.

This month, the builder plans to unveil new floor plans at Silverleaf, a resort-style community of new homes in Parrish, and will break ground on models at Marquesa Isles, a gated, island-themed community in Naples.

“With continued positive economic factors like consumer confidence rising for the second consecutive month in Florida, we expect to see a sustained and consistent sales pace moving into the summer months,” said Carlos Puente, vice president of sales for the Lakewood Ranch-based builder. “We will continue to offer a large number of move-in-ready homes in all of our neighborhoods, an option which offers homebuyers the ability to move immediately. For those who have more time, we can build a home from the ground up with a range of choices.”

Only limited opportunities are left at Eagle Trace in Bradenton, Magnolia Point in Sarasota and Estero Place in Fort Myers. Neal Communities is now completely sold out at Villa Amalfi in Sarasota, a popular community that offered luxury, maintenance-included villa homes.
