Airport committee green-lights $14.28M for owner's rep on $1B KCI modernization project

Paslay Management Group will act as the owner's representative for the city during the $1 billion single-terminal modernization of Kansas City International Airport. Its initial contract includes $11.9 million for one year of work and $2.38 million to cover contingencies.
