Route 315 ramp from Clintonville to close for one year for new bridge construction at hospital curve

Attention Clintonville and Upper Arlington residents: Before traffic improves at the Route 315 interchange at West North Broadway, it's going to get more tangled. And for everyone else who drives on 315, get ready for some major construction along the already congested hospital curve.
