Salt Lake City, Jun 28, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - Senator Romney's 1840's America

Like a page ripped from Fusion GPS fabricating Russian collusion herein lies the fusion of Utahs missionary and executive privilege. Its a cold war time bomb back to an 1840s America. Its the civil rights reminder one generally finds buried in the desert an unapologetic Emmett Till biopic.

Utahs ranking GOP leadership drew attention to the chilling effect of suppressing political speech on the pages of elected officials social media forums. A 10th district federal court summons was served after a veteran stood up to this censorship thematic in Utahs executive and legislative branches of government.

The lawsuit, case 2:18-CV-00029 in the District of Utah, seeks a federal question on Utah Executives ongoing defence of censorship in some cases exceeding six years!  The irony centres on the current 2018 election cycle. it's one more reminder of a political hyperbole about Mitt Romneys Utah values represented by his fellow missionaries in the nations behave state.

Self-Serving Missionary Privilege,

America's 2018 Memorial Day arrived in Utah like every other Memorial Day. One of the vapid testimonials about respecting veterans from a crowd with the lowest service rate in the nation.

Lt. Governor Spencer Cox is pictured above with Romney, June 26th, on the day of the primaries. Cox is an executive branch defendant in that federal lawsuit. He silenced the voices of a Utah veteran while he Facebook streamed live from the USS Arizona War memorial in Hawaii!  Cox's censored a veteran on a public forum while he openly embraced Utah's own Title 8 illegal foreign occupation. Cox like Romney, a former missionary, went to Mexico instead of serving the US military.

Brother Cox as hes frequently called is a Utah establishment lay-pastor. Cox and Romney come across as teary eyed talking about veterans. Like Romney whose five sons skipped service during the last two wars Cox and Utahs Attorney general Sean Reyes have made a routine of paving their way into office with talking about veterans and the rights veterans served to protect. Reality discontent as they censored opposing viewpoints of a veteran filing that lawsuit.

Yes, censorship is a thing in Utah now leading the nation with two separate federal lawsuits for censorship on Facebook. How is that not a brand of bullshit aka a second coming of censorship in America's post-Knight Foundation v. Trump social media reality?

It's not hard to imagine a world where the fusion of executive and missionary privilege is still in vogue? After all, Romney is a former Massachusetts governor seeing Senator Hatchs seat in the US Senate.  These privileges of executive level censorship are withholding and suppressing what are the clearly established rights of speech here.

Romneys  conflicting values messaging are being broadcast like a gigawatt Clear Channel media megaphone. They are the waterboarded, campy, glee club values failing to mention Utahs unsettling reality about this states censorship bandidos. Romneys campaign trail has been an empty boast about 'leading the nation' in Utah's establishment media rags. The same media establishment running a blackout campaign on the states bad press as Romney seeks the Senate, and Senator Mike Lee was put on Trumps short list to replace outgoing Justice Kennedy in the US Supreme Court! This is how Utah rolls.

Who welcomes the exclusion of one's viewpoint? Or the suppression of one's voice? Or even the dismissive lay-pastor privilege of unequal participation at one's town hall, city council or state capitol public forums?  Especially when town hall is reachable via cyberspace today as described in landmark Supreme court precedents protecting one's voice from censorship like this?

Quoting Reno v. American Civil Liberties Union, 521 U.S. 844 (1997): "The internet as a vast democratic forum". These are the old American values invoking another message about the values Utah brings to DC as the leadership of patent bullshit!

The value of censoring others and suppressing the media trail in Utah isn't exclusive to executive level privilege here. It speaks to Utahs fake media Trump overlooks in seeking to appoint Mike Lee, or his brother, to be Americas next Supreme Court Justice.

Shambolic Democracy

A political gag-order on social media sites arrived as Utahs insider, pop-cult suck-up culture of peer-reviewed front-row seating about Utahs mission statement of 'inclusion and equality'. It arrived as a two-steps-backward hype showcasing their very unwelcome suppression of voice. A Pervasive censorship out of Utahs many dynasty brands cutting broadly across any fantasy partisan politic in Utah.

Executives Romney and Cox are A-listers here. Missionary A-listers. They exercise a wide entitlement of executive privileges including censorship and a media-establishment 'blackout' still in place as of this article!

What kind of suspended fake America is this Trump just overlooks> That of an American media unaccountability striding hand in hand with Utah's public officials; if not Utahs executive privilege concealing the cavalier censorship of outside political voices?

Utah's admission of censorship in that lawsuits 75 documents so faris epic. Just look for [doc 38] pp. 12, filed by the state's 'civil rights' section arguing that the censorship has been in place for so long that removing it will upset the status quo!

Anyone outside Utah's corporate/church organizational model should understand Utah has no separation of church and state - a First Amendment Establishment Clause no-no - dating to Utah's founding in 1847 as Mike Lee eyeballs the Supreme Court.

If you've spent any time in Utah listening to the daily gambit of its establishment media - there's no confusion about LDScorp role in the everyday lives in the District of Utah.

That role is reinforced by its ever-refreshed returning missionary base of 110,000 full time active missionaries. Its the same executives like Cox being selected and publicly elected to office who paid their price with service in a private army as lay-pastors and missionaries sent abroad to 'build some Joes private kingdom'.  If you thought Scientology was strange, welcome to the mother ship of corporate 'religions' beginning in Americas 1840's revivalist age.

Censorship in Utah thrives because corporate religions favor long serving boards and family dynasties like Huntsman and Romney. Utah dynastic brands proliferate in public service and inside the capitol a 'popularity-cult'. Dynasty? Brand? Censorship?  Order is maintained as someone else's 'private order'. So suppressing another's digital social media signature arrives because outside voices distract from the endless chatter of sermonizing from Statehouse officials; a never-ending chatter on social media about LDS core values as missionary stories, advocating illegal immigration and a web of support for 65,000 refugees as Utah's poorest and homeless families sleep on the streets and go to bed hungry each night.

Yes, it all folds back into that non-stop social media chatterbots  to extend the reach of LDScorp private kingdom and minions serving Utahs household dynastic brands. This is how censorship arrives - specifically -- this editorial about a federal lawsuit Utahs media has suffocated in the national news since January 2018.

It's beyond a messy topic in this Utah.  Censorship is like polygamy. It reached into those like Mr. Cox and Utah's entire Washington delegation who as a Utah delegation--openly defending a group of Nevada Mormons known as the Bundys.  That Klan Cliven Bundy militia was running a remake of their Joe Smith days. A post-modern remake of virulent anti-government campaigning out of Nevada which spilled into Oregon

About the Mormon Bundy Klan? Utah's governor and Utah's delegation actively chose to defend their out of state Mormon brothers, Klan Klampet Bundy, while they knowingly crapped on the first amendment rights of that local Utah veteran who wrote about it from the District of Utah.

Utah's Media-Establishment in Blackout Mode.

The road to elected office in Utah begins for many, like Romney and Cox, stumping and pumping their corporate run order doubling as a world religion.  These corporate A-listers seeking public office overlook the known loyalty tests as their 10 percent royalty payments that separate the average members from the corporate A-list cronies protected under the wings of household name brands like Huntsman, Romney, and Eccles.  If you follow the twitter channels of these executive defendants, like Mike Mower as the governors chief of staff--you'll witness the cross-chatter from publicly elected officials like Cox and Romney.

If you educate yourself, firsthand, about the level of twitter and Facebook sermonizing chatter on official government pages, you'll understand how these chatty roles reinforce a rule of law in Utah as that daily your face missionary-fused executive privilege even President Trump doesn't have!

Do yourself an investigative favor. Search Utah's leadership past roster on Utahs elected officials as these missionary A-listers like Hatch, Lee and the rest. Go ahead, try to discover more than three Utah Senators, congressman or governors in election history who are not former missionaries or bishops?  It's unprecedented. A historical note unlike anywhere else in America--ever--ruling out any separation of church/state rule as the values Romney will be openly parading into DC.

Todays historical horror-scope of privilege packing censorship is all-to-common here.  Its a palpable hubris of known indifference. it silences others routinely, as the quality of 'Utah values' Mitt Romney represents as Utahs next Senator.

While executive Cox's crowd had silenced the voices of a veteran self-paying his way into the killing fields of Afghanistan many, many times, even that form of self-paid service to the country doesn't add up to an acceptable form of admission in Utahs alternate America these executives represent.

Yes, censorship is a hallmark of like-minded missionaries running every agency - Utah's military and veterans affairs division -- censoring veterans which the Attorney General's office of 'civil rights' has publicly  defended as policy here. Utah's executive privilege is a political Fahrenheit 451 frat-house of privilege. It's the hyped second coming twittered on back channels by the Governors staff  - that second coming of state sponsored censorship.

The endless social media tweets on 'Utah values' as 'leading the nation' stands between the value of these A-lister privileges leading the nation's blackout with Utah's play-along media establishment. It's episodic like a Mr. Cox and friends new testament of censorship for those non-conforming voices of infidels President Donald Trump does not have!

More Lame-Pastor Privilege

Former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, Hugo Black, from Mills v. the State of Alabama, 384 U.S. 214 (1966), has this to say to Utahs A-list crowd:

Whatever differences may exist about interpretations of the First Amendment, there is practically universal agreement that a major purpose of that Amendment was to protect the free discussion of governmental affairs.

For the author as one American who came back from the killing fields of Iraq and Afghanistan to Utahs suspended Truman Show alternate reality pumping Romneys campaign trail boasts? These are Mitt Romney's values heading to Washington. They are the withheld freedoms and values in our Constitution being translated into a cheap scripture about the suppression of voice exceeding six years at the Utah AG's office, five years at the Utah Veterans Division and two-plus years from Executive Cox standing with senate hopeful Romney. It's the missionary lame-wash of lay-pastor privilege shitting on the Bill of Rights.

Evidenced in that complaint, Utah's executive defendants were given fair warning to stop violating the first amendment rights of that veteran. Despite this, they ignored these requests.  Theyd ignored a broader body of widely acclaimed First Amendment precedents protecting each of our rights to speak and be heard.

Speaking of recent precedents of law and the Trump administration, on May 23rd, 2018 Judge Naomi Buchwald in the 2nd District Court (New York) wrote a 75-page memorandum and order about blocking others on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.  Johnson, a veteran who talks about self-paid trips into Afghanistan, asked the identical Buchwald precedents cited his request for relief:

If the standing president of the United States is not immune from viewpoint censorshipwhy are these defendants seeking its acceptance and this courts acquiescence of it occurring under color of Utah state law, in the 10th Circuit, Division of Utah?
