CSX to reopen shuttered Nashville yard, squashing oft-teased transit dream

If PSC Metals' East Bank location is Nashville's development long shot, then CSX Corp.'s Radnor Yard is the city's transit pipe dream. And now it appears even more unlikely that the Jacksonville, Fla.-based transportation giant will give up its South Nashville location.
