Swedish model and singer Madleen Kane releases new Memoir

In Madleen Kane’s new memoir, “Rough Diamond," she shares her journey from a young beginning in Malmo, Sweden to stardom at an early age. She describes growing up in Malmo, and how she became a top model at 14-years-old. At age 15, she won the “Dream Girl” Pageant and this is when her life took a radical and dramatic new turn.

Madleen describes in well-written detail her adventures from an International model career till when she was discovered by a music producer in Paris, France. Her incredible physical beauty and amazing voice opened doors for performances around the world, and she became known Internationally as the “Disco Queen” with her first recording album “Rough Diamond.”

This memoir is about her incredible experiences with her tremendous, fast-rise to stardom… She was 18-years-old when she recorded her first extremely successful album. Her first marriage at 19-years-old to Jean Claude, her producer and abuser, lasted for 9 years before she divorced and re-married her second husband, Hubert, a Belgian business man, and they produced three children. After a few years, she became very unhappy. She abused alcohol among other things for many years and almost nearly died a couple of times. She relates how she become sober, and the difficult stages in between.

This is a candid outspoken raw memoir of a mind-blowing journey, heart-wrenching events, told by a courageous woman. It will take you from Sweden to New York City, Japan, London, Paris and Beverly Hills, California, where she still resides.

Madleen Kane was born in Malmo, Sweden, the daughter of an artistic father and ex-model mother. She grew up with two younger sisters. At an early age, she revealed her artistic skills by singing and modeling.

Madleen is now writing, painting and planning to record a new CD. She discovered this new creative outlet, “writing,” and she loves to do it, so she will publish many more books in the near future.

In this personal Memoir by Madleen the readers will discover so many things that celebrities don’t like to discuss or write about, but Madleen tells it all--from sex-abuse by famous men to rape at young age in Paris and more.
