McDonald’s salads believed to have sickened dozens across two states

Public health officials in two states said Thursday they are investigating a link between an increase in a parasitic infection and consumption of McDonald’s Inc. salads, and the fast-food chain said that it is stopping salad sales in thousands of its Midwest locations.
