Lime Bike behind on Edina, Golden Valley dockless-bike rollout, continues St. Paul talks

Lime Bike could soon become the chief dockless bike-rental provider for St. Paul, becoming one of the largest such services in the Twin Cities. But the fast-growing startup's first metro-area clients, Edina and Golden Valley, say Lime is months late in rolling out its services there.
