EXCLUSIVE: Christ Hospital appeals ruling in $24M turf war with St. Elizabeth

Christ Hospital filed notice that it will appeal a Kentucky circuit judge’s ruling that the Cincinnati-based health network shouldn’t be allowed to build a $24 million ambulatory surgery center in Fort Mitchell, which would anchor a $135 million mixed-use development.
