We had recently discovered manufacturing issues at the factory level in particular raw material quality from our original factory. This caused issues with the quality of velcro and its ability to stay in place which was being compromised and customer satisfaction was being negatively affected. In March 2018 we used this opportunity to redesign the EX-701 knee brace from the ground up by moving to a new factory and improving elements of the design. We have now made several improvements to the product which we feel now makes the EX-701 even better than before. Knee pain sufferers will be able to try the New EX-701 which has improved fit, elasticity, and durability with the changes we have made. We have also marked the changes by making the inner lining a dark blue to represent the new model. I am excited to see how well the EX-701 will be received from consumers moving into the later half of 2018
