SGS names acting chairman after Marchionne hospitalised

Swiss logistics services and testing company SGS has appointed Peter Kalantzis as acting chairman of the board of directors after current Chairman Sergio Marchionne, the CEO of carmaker Fiat Chrysler, was hospitalised in Zurich.
