Radio Host Markivus Nious is the host of "Deeper Than Music Radio." The show's platform is a talk radio program offering insight into the story behind artists and personalities and what inspires them as artists. Guests featured include international recording artists, songwriters and producers.
In addition to the show's regular interview format, "Deeper Than Music Radio" recently launched a new segment, "Music Mondays," broadcasting a feature playlist of select songs of the show's recent and upcoming guests. Artists who have been interviewed recently include Liz Mikel (actress, jazz vocalist), Hanne Leland (electro-pop artist), and Alecia Elliott (country artist).

Liz Mikel is a celebrated actress and jazz vocalist. She is best known for her role as Corinna "M Friday Night Lights. She stepped in for Oprah Winfrey in a special performance of The Vagina Monologues. Her film credits include roles in The Quest for Freedom, It's in the Water, Detention (aka Learning Curve), Seventy-8, Carried Away, and as Ruthie Jenkins in Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins.
Hanne Leland is a Norwegian electro-pop artist and songwriter, known for songs such as "Keep On Movin" and "QUEEN". Leland was touring with the British-Canadian girl band All Saints (group) as their supporting act in October 2016. She has released numerous singles, and is set to release her new EP in 2018.
Alecia Elliott made her mark as a celebrated country artist. She released her first studio recording on MCA Nashville entitled 'm Diggin' It. The album proved a major success for her career soaring to the top 20 on US and Canadian country music charts. As an actress, Elliott was one of the stars of the TNBC series All About Us, of which she also co-wrote its theme song for the television series.
