Smart Columbus, COTA seek app to plan/pay for trips by bus, car, ride-share or all of the above

Smart Columbus and COTA are seeking bids from software developers to build the nation's first all-in-one door-to-door app to plan a trip and decide whether to use car, bus, cab, ride-share, scooter or all of the above – and then pay for each leg at once.
