Influx of scooters across Columbus brings questions of safety, enforcement

As motorized scooters begin to pop up across Columbus, so have concerns about safety and enforcement. Lime and Bird scooters have been seen on city sidewalks, bicycle and pedestrian trails and, in some cases, are being operated by minors.
