Historic Hartland Mansion to be Relaunched as Mansion 54

Hartland Mansion, for decades a star attraction of celebrities, has changed hands. Epic Venues has bought this iconic and historic residential and business complex, which will soon be relaunched as Mansion 54. The inauguration of Mansion 54 has been scheduled for late Fall this year.

Mansion 54, the erstwhile Hartland Mansion, will be refashioned as a premier, off-the-strip private event venue. This singular piece of grandeur is located at 1044 South 6th Street in the Art District. Our name celebrates the pop art era, which will be featured in our wall art and furniture; while the main mansion will highlight a classic white theme with black accents.  The venue will provide a classic but edgy touch to every event, from weddings and receptions to corporate meets, parties, celebrations and more.

The origins of Hartland Mansion go back to the 1940s, when its 'gone with the wind' inspired staircase witnessed the presence of Elvis Presley (he often slept in one of the rooms), and the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Tony Bennett. From 70s onwards, the Grand Party Room with its indoor pool was hosting proms, weddings, bar mitzvahs and charity events. The coming decades saw stars such as Ginger Rogers and Michael Jackson, and shooting of movies such as 'Casino'.

Hartland Mansion is spacious and can accommodate 400 guests, spread over 31,000 sq. ft., with on-site catering kitchen, indoor and outdoor pools, and expanded outdoor experience.

Epic Venues is proud to be the new owner of Hartland Mansion, soon to be renamed Mansion 54.
