New Century AirCenter makes surprising rise to top of multitenant industrial facilities list

New Century AirCenter shot up the rankings to No. 2 on the new Multitenant Industrial Facilities List. It added more space than any other facility — 3.4 million square feet — as well as 1,000 acres to its holdings. That's a 94 percent increase in developed leasable square feet.
