CPS Energy's course unchanged after Trump administration rollback of Clean Power Plan

San Antonio's city-owned utility company CPS Energy remains committed to closing its coal-fired Deely Power Plant plant regardless of a Trump administration proposal to roll back the Obama-era Clean Power Plan.
