Steve Perry Joins Wise Choice Real Estate as Principal Broker

Wise Choice Real Estate announced today that Steve Perry, a highly regarded veteran Realtor and previous Executive Broker of RealtyPath will become the newest Principal Broker of Wise Choice.

Perry's real estate career began over 18 years ago in 2000 as a RE/MAX agent in Sandy, Utah. He subsequently served as Branch Broker for RE/MAX and MediaOne, and in 2012 achieved the number one ranking for an individual agent with Keller Williams. In 2013 Perry opened a RealtyPath office and successfully recruited over 150 agents. By 2016 he was promoted to Executive Broker and General Manager, helping RealtyPath grow to over 1000 agents.

Steve currently sits on the board of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee, and is a liaison for the Young Professional Network. Steve was a Golden R donor and currently a Sterling R contributor to RPAC.

Although Perry's career is quite extensive, he subscribes to Walt Disney's philosophy that, "A man should never neglect his family for business." Steve is a proud father of six children and dedicated husband to his wife April for over 29 years.

Quite admirably, Perry has also demonstrated his love for his country and community. He is a US Air Force Veteran and has served in numerous city and community roles such as Chairman and Mayor of the Kerns Metro Township, Chairman for the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District, and several coaching and referee volunteer positions spanning 24 years of service.
