Sprint plans to sell OP campus, lease only the space it needs

Sprint is exploring a sale-leaseback agreement for its 4 million-square-foot headquarters campus in Overland Park headquarters. The company currently occupies 11 of the 17 office buildings on the campus and plans to consolidate its employees into fewer buildings while it continues a plan to renovate its offices.
