This summer, Semishare announced the release of its newest product, the SHCV-12, a 12" advanced semi-automatic probing station, which features ERS' high-precision Thermal AC3 Chuck. This prober offers easy tester integration, automatic wafer alignment and mapping at a 0.1µm resolution. It is the first high-end 12" semi-automatic analytical probe station manufactured in China.
"The AC3 thermal chuck from ERS offers a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C and a temperature accuracy of +/-0.1°C. It has the German trademark of high manufacturing quality and high performance that our customers are expecting.
