CapStar's biggest deal yet clears first hurdle

Last week, CapStar shareholders overwhelmingly endorsed the bank's $113 million acquisition of Athens Federal Community Bank, headquartered an hour outside of Chattanooga, according to documents filed with U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
