Gains Ahead Of The Weekend Lift Dollar's Technical Tone

The Dollar Index rose 0.25% last week, owing to the pre-weekend gain, and snapped a three-week decline. It made a new low for the week before rallying on the jobs report that showed a new cyclical high in average hourly earnings growth.
