Kevin Mason, Chantel Grant, GM Law Firm, National Legal Staffing Support, LLC, Reliant Account Management (RAM) Servicing, Inc, and Resolvly, LLC Believe They Will Come Out Strong in The Face of Their Lawsuit

BOCA RATON, FL / ACCESSWIRE / September 10, 2018 / Kevin Mason, Chantel Grant, GM Law Firm, National Legal Staffing Support, LLC, Reliant Account Management (RAM) Servicing, Inc, and Resolvly, LLC are currently facing a class-action lawsuit which was filed against them by 4 of their former clients.

The companies have, however, made it clear that they are not backing down without a fight. They firmly state that the lawsuit is meritless and based on unsubstantiated innuendos and rumors by their rivals in the industry because of financial interests. The companies have also stated categorically that online chat rooms are out to damage their otherwise clean reputation.

The good news is that although the class-action lawsuit has been modified two times already, the judge in charge is not in agreement as yet.

A former employee, who received a support letter from the company after resigning went ahead to breach her confidentiality agreement and with the help of the plaintiff's attorney, signed an affidavit.

The former employee is now facing charges filed by the companies in the Palm Beach Circuit Court for seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages by using a slanderous, and completely inaccurate, affidavit. The pending case will be amended accordingly to include the complainant's lawsuit for obtaining a defamatory affidavit which is in violation of the confidentiality agreement by the former employee.

The companies will also be filing a motion in court against the plaintiff's attorney for filing the unsupported affidavit and filing the litigation.

But despite the challenges that these companies are facing, they are still putting up a spirited fight. Their past track record shows that the companies have provided invaluable assistance to students struggling to pay their student loans, and other unsecured debts. And although they are facing trying times in light of this baseless lawsuit, they are still committed to carrying on with their commendable job, and fight the good fight every single day.
